Outreach and Mentorship

Outside lab, I lead and participate in outreach initiatives to create a bridge to graduate school for students from diverse backgrounds. Through mentorship and STEM outreach I aim to attract diverse talent to science and careers in STEM. Below are select programs and outreach activities I have been part of.

Caltech Accountability Partners Program (CAPP)

I established the Caltech Accountability Partners Program (CAPP) to help undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds to apply to graduate school. CAPP is a program where graduate students and postdocs serve as accountability partners to undergraduate students and provide support, guidance, and mentorship as they prepare their graduate school applications.
